Zamówienie obejmuje wykonanie: mapy dc. projektowych, projektu budowlanego i wykonawczego, badań i opracowań geologicznych oraz geotechnicznych, materiałów do wniosku o pozwolenie na budowę oraz dokumentacji przetargowej (STWiORB, przedmiarów robót, kosztorysów ofertowych i kosztorysu inwestorskiego). Zamówienie ponadto obejmuje opracowanie i przygotowanie odpowiedzi na pytania oferentów i dokonywanie ewentualnych modyfikacji opracowanych dokumentów w okresie trwania postępowania przetargowego na realizację robót budowlanych i w okresie rękojmi za wady dla robót budowlanych.
