1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie prac związanych z dostosowaniem wybranych elementów Bazy Danych Obiektów Topograficznych BDOT500 do obowiązującego modelu pojęciowego danych BDOT500, określonego w rozporządzeniu Ministra Rozwoju z dnia 23 lipca 2021 r. w sprawie bazy danych obiektów topograficznych oraz mapy zasadniczej (Dz.U. 2021 poz. 1385), na obszarze administracyjnym Miasta Gdańska. 2. Termin realizacji zamówienia: Termin realizacji zamówienia obejmuje okres od dnia zawarcia umowy do dnia podpisania końcowego protokołu dla Etapu I odbioru w formie papierowej, co nastąpi nie później niż do dnia 7 grudnia 2026 roku. Usługi będące przedmiotem zamówienia świadczone będą w obszarach i terminach określonych w SWZ oraz projekcie umowy. Zamawiający przewiduje skorzystanie z opcji. W ramach prawa opcji Zamawiający przewiduje jednokrotne przedłużenie okresu obowiązywania umowy poprzez realizację ETAPU II zamówienia, o którym mowa w .SWZ oraz projekcie umowy. 3.Szczegółowy opis oraz zakres przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w SWZ oraz projekcie umowy.
