1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest dostawa na rzecz Zamawiającego systemu sterylizacji. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia należy zrealizować w oparciu o założenia określone w Specyfikacji technicznej (załącznik nr 2 do SWZ), Specyfikacji asortymentowo-cenowej (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ), oraz na zasadach i warunkach określonych we wzorze umowy obejmującym projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści tej umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ). 3. Oferta musi obejmować całość zamówienia. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych.
