Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa systemów i wyposażenia IT w ramach dotacji celowej na realizację zadania inwestycyjnego „Wyposażenie Warszawskiego Szpitala Południowego”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Załączniku nr 8 „Parametry techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności sprzedaż, dostawę oraz wniesienie sprzętu do pomieszczeń wskazanych przez Zamawiającego w Warszawskim Szpitalu Południowym, rozmieszczenie i montaż dostarczonych urządzeń w miejscach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, uruchomienie sprzętu oraz wykonanie przed odbiorem technicznym (dokonywanym przez osoby uprawnione) rozruchu, prób funkcjonalnych oraz testów sprawności urządzeń. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zapewnić wykonanie rozruchu urządzenia przez autoryzowany serwis producenta, jeżeli jest to warunkiem koniecznym dla zachowania gwarancji. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również dostarczenie kompletnej dokumentacji technicznej, instrukcji obsługi w języku polskim (w formie papierowej i/lub elektronicznej) oraz dokumentów gwarancyjnych, a także przeprowadzenie instruktażu stanowiskowego dla personelu wskazanego przez Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi i eksploatacji urządzenia oraz zapewnienie świadczenia serwisu gwarancyjnego zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego Zadanie nr 1 - Access Point ze wsparciem na 60 miesięcy; Zadanie nr 2 - Urządzenie wielofunkcyjne/drukarka; Zadanie nr 3 - Sprzęt komputerowy; Zadanie nr 4 - System obsługi druku centralnego; Zadanie nr 5 - Token do MFA; Zadanie nr 6 - System pocztowy -ze wsparciem na 36 miesięcy; Zadanie nr 7 - Oprogramowanie do zarządzania komputerami w domenie Active Directory na 36 miesięcy
