Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego liczby Urządzeń wynikających z treści Załącznika nr 1 do Umowy wraz z Oprogramowaniem i Licencjami, na warunkach określonych Umową; 2) realizacja usługi wymiany dotychczasowych Urządzeń, montażu oraz konfiguracji dostarczanych Urządzeń w siedzibie Zamawiającego - zakres usług określony został w Załączniku nr 1 do Umowy; 3) świadczenie 60 miesięcznej Gwarancji Jakości oraz Wsparcia Technicznego na dostarczone Urządzenia zgodnie z postanowieniami Umowy w tym z Załącznikiem nr 1 do Umowy; 4) przeprowadzenie szkoleń technicznych dla personelu Zamawiającego zgodnie z postanowieniami Umowy w tym z Załącznikiem nr 1 do Umowy w terminie uzgodnionym z Zamawiającym. 5) zapewnienie Zamawiającemu, od dnia zawarcia Umowy, 60 miesięcznego wsparcia Wykonawcy w wymiarze do 30 godzin rocznie polegającego na zapewnieniu możliwości konsultacji z inżynierem posiadającym certyfikat CCIE. Rozliczanie godzin konsultacji będzie się odbywało raz na 12 miesięcy według rzeczywistego czasu poświęconego na dane zagadnienie (bez zaokrąglania do pełnych godzin), na podstawie podpisanego przez osoby określone w § 14 ust. 5 i 6 Umowy Protokołu Odbioru Usług Konsultacyjnych. Godziny niewykorzystane w ramach jednego okresu rozliczeniowego, przechodzą na kolejny okres rozliczeniowy. Modernizacja przełączników LAN w Polskich Portach Lotniczych S. A.
