Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Modernizacja i rozbudowa infrastruktury IT do świadczenia e-usług. Zadanie realizowane w ramach: Projekt nr FEMP.01.07-IZ.00-0140/24, współfinansowany przez Unię Europejską w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego, program Fundusze Europejskie dla Małopolski 2021-2027, Priorytet FEMP.01 Fundusze europejskie dla badań i rozwoju oraz przedsiębiorczości, Działanie FEMP.01.07 Cyfrowe rozwiązania dla geodezji Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwie części: 1) część nr 1: Dostawa serwera bazodanowego, macierzy dyskowej z dyskami, stacji roboczych, monitorów komputerowych, statywów monitorowych, dysków do archiwizacji i nagrywarki. 2) część nr 2: Dostawa punktu dostępowego typu Access Point oraz switchy Projektowane postanowienia umowy zawarte są w Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. szczegółowe informacje w SWZ Zgodnie z art. 257 pkt 1 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane Zamówienie należy zrealizować w terminie maksymalnie 60 dni od zawarcia umowy (jeżeli z powodu przedłużającej się procedury udzielenia zamówienia termin podpisania umowy przypadnie po dacie 11.10.2026r.- zamówienie musi zostać zrealizowane nie później niż do dnia 10.12.2026r.)
