1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa nowych przełączników sieciowych - postępowanie prowadzone jest z podziałem na 2 części: 1.1. CZĘŚĆ 1 - dostawa 12 sztuk przełączników SW1. 1.2. CZĘŚĆ 2 - dostawa 28 sztuk przełączników SW2. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla CZĘŚCI 1 i CZĘŚCI 2 zawierają odpowiednio załączniki nr 2.1 i 2.2 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie odpowiednio dla CZĘŚCI 1 i 2 na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących załącznik nr 7 do SWZ 4. Zamówienie jest finansowane ze środków finansowych Programu modernizacji Policji (…) 2026-2029 r. Zamawiający przewiduje unieważnienie postępowania, jeśli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia nie zostały mu przyznane. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 12 sztuk nowych przełączników sieciowych na potrzeby Akademii Policji w Szczytnie.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 28 sztuk nowych przełączników sieciowych na potrzeby Akademii Policji w Szczytnie.
