1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa przełączników do środowiska AI (Artificial Intelligence / sztuczna inteligencja) wraz z wdrożeniem, świadczeniem asysty technicznej i Gwarancją. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) dostawę wraz z rozładunkiem 2 szt. Sprzętu, spełniającego wymagania zawarte w Załączniku A do TOM III SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia; 2) wdrożenie Sprzętu zgodnie z Załącznikiem B do TOM III SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia; 3) dostarczenie przez Wykonawcę potwierdzenia udzielenia przez producenta Sprzętu i producenta Oprogramowania Standardowego Gwarancji na dostarczony w ramach zamówienia Sprzęt, na zasadach opisanych w Rozdziale III TOM III SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia; 4) świadczenie przez Wykonawcę asysty technicznej w wymiarze do 200 roboczogodzin na zasadach opisanych w Rozdziale V OPZ - TOM III SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Tom III SWZ - OPZ oraz Tom II SWZ - PPU.
