Description

Dostawa oraz wdrożenie sprzętu bezpieczeństwa sieciowego typu next generation firewall, wraz z systemem zarządzania, a także udzielenie gwarancji jakości na oferowane rozwiązanie. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. UWAGA: Zamówienie jest realizowane na podstawie porozumienia nr KPOD.05.10-IW.06-0006/25-00 o objęcie Przedsięwzięcia wsparciem, pn. „Utworzenie CSIRT sektorowego o nazwie roboczej CSIRT INFRASTRUKTURA dla podmiotów nadzorowanych przez Ministra Infrastruktury”. Pierwotny termin realizacji projektu został określony na 30.06.2026 r. Obecnie do porozumienia procedowany jest aneks dotyczący wydłużenia terminu realizacji projektu do 31.08.2026 r. W przypadku gdyby nie doszło do zawarcia aneksu, a co za tym idzie Zamawiający nie posiadałoby środków na sfinansowanie przedmiotowego zamówienia Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość unieważnienia postępowania na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych, zgodnie z którym: Zamawiający może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
