Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup tomografu spektralnego dla Szpitala w Puszczykowie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, o którym mowa w ust. 1 został określony w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ, na który składają się następujące dokumenty: Formularz asortymentowo - cenowy oraz Formularz parametrów technicznych. Sposób realizacji i terminy płatności zostały określone w projekcie umowy, który stanowi Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Oferowany produkt powinien być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania na obszarze Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz spełniać wymogi określone przez ustawę z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 1620 ze zm.).
