1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup, dostawa, montaż aparatu RTG wraz z integracją z systemem informatycznym Szpitala oraz dostosowaniem pomieszczenia pod instalację w tym montaż wykładziny prądoprzewodzącej. „Projekt zrealizowany ze środków Samorządu Województwa Mazowieckiego w ramach Budżetu Obywatelskiego Mazowsza”. 2.Zamówienie składa się z jednego pakietu.. 3.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), Załącznik nr 2a do SWZ- Specyfikacja techniczna, Załącznik nr 2b do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy oraz Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ - Projekt umowy. 4.Przedmiot zamówienia musi być nowy, nieużywany i posiadać oznaczenie CE oraz aktualne dokumenty dopuszczające do obrotu i do używania na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych. 6.Postępowanie o udzielenie niniejszego zamówienia zostało zakwalifikowane do dostaw. 7.Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art.139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 8.Zamawiający stosuje art. 138 ust. 4 ustawy Pzp, ponieważ składanie ofert odbywa się w całości przy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej. 9.Zgodnie z art. 257 Pzp Zamawiający może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane, a możliwość unieważnienia postępowania na tej podstawie została przewidziana w ogłoszeniu o zamówieniu - w postępowaniu prowadzonym w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), Załącznik nr 2a do SWZ- Specyfikacja Techniczna, Załącznik nr 2b do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy oraz Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ - Projekt umowy
