Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup angiografu z wyposażeniem wraz z integracją z systemami informatycznymi szpitala oraz adaptacją pomieszczenia w celu zamontowania angiografu w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia p.n. Modernizacja infrastruktury do opieki kardiologicznej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Wielospecjalistycznego im. dr. Jana Jonstona w Lesznie w ramach środków z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności „Komponent D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia” Inwestycja D1.1.1 „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych”- zgodnie z warunkami, szczegółowym opisem i ilością określoną w Załączniku nr 23.3. do SWZ „Formularz wymaganych-oferowanych parametrów”.
