Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja rezonansu magnetycznego firmy Siemens, model MAGNETOM AVANTO z 2009 roku, zlokalizowanego w pracowni rezonansu magnetycznego Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego im. Janusza Korczaka w Słupsku sp. z o.o. Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy- Część II SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera zestawienie parametrów technicznych, warunków gwarancji oraz szkoleń - Część III SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców
