1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego i wyposażenia do SPZOZ w Radzyniu Podlaskim. Zakup w ramach projektu: „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury Oddziału Chorób Wewnętrznych i Kardiologii z Pododdziałem Pulmonologicznym w SP ZOZ w Radzyniu Podlaskim w ramach Krajowej Sieci Kardiologicznej (OK I)” realizowanego w ramach Inwestycji z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności Komponent D: „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia”, Inwestycja D1.1.1 „Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych w obszarze kardiologii ośrodków zakwalifikowanych do OKI”, szczegółowo opisanym w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia zakresie stanowiącym załącznik nr 3.1-3.2 do po zmianie SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Procedura zawiera 2 zadania. Zadanie nr 1 - Dostawa sprzętu medycznego i wyposażenia, w tym: Kamień milowy 1 - - Zakup sprzętu do diagnostyki kardiologicznej Aparat USG kardiologiczny (z opcją kolorowego Dopplera) - 1 szt. Aparat do echokardiografii serca - 1 szt. Holter EKG - 2 szt. Holter ciśnieniowy (ABPM) - 2 szt. Zestaw do prób wysiłkowych - 1 szt. Spirometr - 1 szt. Stolik wielofunkcyjny - 2 szt. Pulsoksymetr - 1 szt. Zadanie nr 2 - Dostawa sprzętu medycznego wyposażenia, w tym: Kamień milowy nr 2 - Zakup sprzętu do monitorowania kardiologicznego Aparat do pomiaru parametrów hemodynamicznych - 1 szt. Aparat do nieinwazyjnej oceny funkcji układu krążenia - 1 szt. Kardiomonitor - 6 szt. Centrala monitorująca - 1 szt. Kamień milowy nr 3 - Zakup sprzętu do interwencji w stanach nagłych Aparat do defibrylacji i stymulacji serca - 1 szt. 1 Zadanie; 2 Zadanie
