Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa pasków i kontroli do analizatora Cobas pluse: Przez dostawę Zamawiający rozumie cykliczne dostawy asortymentu w okresie obowiązywania umowy, zgodne z zamówieniami Zamawiającego dostosowanymi do jego bieżących potrzeb. Dostawy odbywać się będą w miarę potrzeb Zamawiającego w ustalonych z Wykonawcą terminach. Asortyment ujęty w formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do Zaproszenia winien być dostarczany do Apteki Szpitalnej mieszczącej się w Bielsku - Białej przy ul. Wyzwolenia 18. Zamówienia będą składane w formie pisemnej (mail lub fax). Zamawiający będzie dokonywał zamówień pasków i kontroli w formie zamówień planowych. Dostawy planowe winny być zrealizowane przez Wykonawcę w terminie nie dłuższym niż 24 godziny od chwili złożenia zamówienia przez Zamawiającego.
