Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa insuflatora CO2 z drenami dla „Poddębickiego Centrum Zdrowia” Sp. z o.o. w Poddębicach, w ilościach i asortymencie określonym w Pakiecie nr 1 w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy oraz parametry techniczne sprzętu medycznego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z podaniem wymaganych przez zamawiającego parametrów technicznych oraz warunków został określony w Formularzu cenowym oraz parametrach technicznych sprzętu medycznego - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Z postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia wyklucza się Wykonawców, w stosunku do których zachodzi którakolwiek z okoliczności wskazanych w art. 108 ust. 1 uPzp oraz art. 109 ust. 1 pkt 4 uPzp. Zamawiający nie stawia warunków udziału w postępowaniu. Języki, w których dokumenty zamówienia są oficjalnie dostępne: polski. Pakiet nr 1: Poz. 1 - Insuflator CO2 - 1 komplet. Poz. 2 - Dren insuflacyjny z podgrzewaczem - 2 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z podaniem wymaganych przez zamawiającego parametrów technicznych oraz warunków został określony w Formularzu cenowym oraz parametrach technicznych sprzętu medycznego - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
