1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja i uruchomienie chirurgicznego systemu robotowego, zwanego dalej „sprzętem”. Wraz ze sprzętem Wykonawca zobowiązany jest dostarczyć materiały zużywalne jednorazowe, zwane dalej „wyrobami”. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzu „Parametry wymagane” (zał. 2 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FPW”), oraz w Formularzu „Formularz Cen Jednostkowych” (zał. 2.1 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FCJ”), formularze te winny bezwzględnie być złożone wraz z formularzem oferty (zał. 1 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FO”).
