Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa diatermii chirurgicznej i aparatury medycznej dla PCM Sp. z o.o. (dalej: sprzęt lub aparatura), zgodnych z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej: OPZ) stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, wraz z wyposażeniem, instalacją, uruchomieniem oraz transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób i miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego, do Pabianickiego Centrum Medycznego Sp. z o.o., w podziale na części (pakiety): 1) część I - dostawa diatermii chirurgicznej; 2) część II - dostawa aparatury medycznej; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa: część I - dostawa diatermii chirurgicznej, zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2a do SWZ - Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa: część II - dostawa aparatury medycznej, zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2b do SWZ - Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia.
