1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatury medycznej dla PCM Sp. z o.o. (dalej: sprzęt lub aparatura), zgodnych z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej: OPZ) stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, wraz z wyposażeniem, instalacją, uruchomieniem oraz transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób i miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego, do Pabianickiego Centrum Medycznego Sp. z o.o., w podziale na części (pakiety): a) część I - stoły operacyjne i lampy, b) część II - laparoskop, c) część III - tor wizyjny, d) część IV - aparat USG. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego - część I - stoły operacyjne i lampy, zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2a do SWZ - Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego - część II - laparoskop, zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2b do SWZ - Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego - część III - tor wizyjny, zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2c do SWZ - Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego - część IV - aparat USG, zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2d do SWZ - Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia.
