Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatu cyfrowego RTG wraz z wyposażeniem, instalacją, uruchomieniem oraz transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób i miejsce wskazane przez Zamawiającego, do Szpitala Pomnik Chrztu Polski w Gnieźnie przy ul. Św. Jana 9 wraz z adaptacją pomieszczeń. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Opis wymaganych parametrów technicznych (OPZ) oraz Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ - Opis prac budowlanych. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
