Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa sprzętu medycznego - pomp insulinowych dla UCK o parametrach technicznych określonych w załącznikach nr 4a, 4b, 4c do SWZ, zwanej dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 2. Zamawiający niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 - Aparaty EKG - 40 szt szt. o parametrach technicznych określonych w załączniku 4a do SWZ, Część 2 - Defibrylatory - 30 szt. o parametrach technicznych określonych w załączniku 4b do SWZ, Część 3 - Diatermia - 25 szt. o parametrach technicznych określonych w załączniku 4c do SWZ. 3. Wymieniony wyżej sprzęt medyczny musi spełniać parametry graniczne określone odpowiednio w załącznikach nr 4a, 4b, 4c do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z parametrów granicznych określonych odpowiednio w załącznikach nr 4a, 4b, 4c do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty.
