Wykonawca dołączy do oferty opis techniczny oferowanego przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający wszelkie niezbędne informacje umożliwiające ocenę zgodności oferty z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik A do SWZ (tj. w szczególności karty katalogowe oferowanych urządzeń, foldery informacyjne, zestawienie zawierające określenie producenta i modelu oferowanych urządzeń, konfiguracji i parametrów w języku polskim itp.). Zakup i dostawa sprzętu komputerowego Wspólny słownik zamówień: CPV 30200000-1 Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w Załączniku A do SWZ- Opis przedmiotu zamówienia Termin realizacji - max 28 dni kalendarzowych od daty zawarcia umowy i otrzymania przez Wykonawcę potwierdzenia właściwego organu nadzorującego Zamawiającego zgodnie z art. 83 ust. 14 pkt 1 w związku z art. 83 ust.1 pkt 26 lit. a) ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 775 z późn. zm.) albo otrzymania informacji, że nie ma możliwości wydania takiego potwierdzenia przez właściwy organ nadzorujący Zamawiającego.
