Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup dysków do rozbudowy macierzy dyskowej. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, dopuszczony do obrotu, posiadający oznakowanie CE, pochodzący z oficjalnego kanału sprzedaży producenta na rynek europejski. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte są w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym, stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, w którym Zamawiający określił wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania w trybie art. 256 oraz art. 257 ustawy Pzp. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8 ustawy Pzp. Zamówienie współfinansowane ze środków UE w ramach projektu: projektu pn.: Krajowy Plan Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności finansowany ze środków Instrumentu na Rzecz Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności Inwestycja C3.1.1. Cyberbezpieczeństwo - CyberPL, infrastruktura przetwarzania danych oraz optymalizacja infrastruktury służb państwowych odpowiedzialnych za bezpieczeństwo Cyberbezpieczeństwo - Cyberbezpieczny Rząd (konkurs grantowy pn. “Cyberbezpieczny Rząd” o numerze KPOD.05.10-CR.01-001/25) 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup dysków do rozbudowy macierzy dyskowej. 2.
