The buyer, the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW), is procuring the delivery of one workstation computer in a Tower case. The equipment must meet the requirements described in point 4.1 of the SWZ (terms of reference). Delivery is to be completed within 14 days of receipt of the order confirmed by MNiSW. The place of performance is Poland. Small businesses able to supply the specified workstation may apply under the procedure indicated in the tender documents.
