1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa sprzętu niezbędnego do uruchomienia systemu AI w radiologii , zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SWZ - Oferta Cenowa oraz załącznikiem nr 4 - Parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 3 pakiety: PAKIET NR 1 - sprzętu niezbędnego do uruchomienia systemu AI w radiologii wraz z 36 miesięcznym wsparciem i gwarancją (dostawa, montaż, konfiguracja) Dyski - 1 szt.*; PAKIET NR 2 - sprzętu niezbędnego do uruchomienia systemu AI w radiologii wraz z 36 miesięcznym wsparciem i gwarancją (dostawa, montaż, konfiguracja) Switch - 2 szt.; PAKIET NR 3 - sprzętu niezbędnego do uruchomienia systemu AI w radiologii wraz z 36 miesięcznym wsparciem i gwarancją (dostawa, montaż, konfiguracja) Monitory diagnostyczne - 4 szt. i Komputery stacjonarne - 4 szt. (dostawa, montaż, gwarancja 36 miesięcy). * kompletny zestaw zgodny z opisem w Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również gwarancję, wsparcie i licencję na cały przedmiot zamówienia. 3. Zamówienie obejmuje również: 1) montaż i konfigurację, 2) 36 miesięczną gwarancję wraz ze wsparciem serwisowym liczoną od daty podpisania przez upoważnionych przedstawicieli Zamawiającego i Wykonawcy „Protokołu odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia”, 3) gwarancję, wsparcie i licencję na cały przedmiot zamówienia. 4. Zamówienie realizowane jest w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności - „Podniesienie poziomu cyberbezpieczeństwa, cyfryzacja dokumentacji medycznej oraz rozwój e-usług i rozwiązań z zakresu sztucznej inteligencji w Katowickim Centrum Onkologii” w ramach inwestycji D1.1.2 „Przyśpieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia”. nr naboru KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25. Pozostałe wymagania zawiera załącznik nr 4 do SWZ
