Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, ilości oraz warunki realizacji określa Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia („OPZ”) oraz Istotne Postanowienia Umowy („IPU”). 3. Projektowe postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego w niniejszym postępowaniu zawarte są w Istotnych Postanowieniach Umowy („IPU”).
