1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa elektronarzędzi oraz chirurgicznych wyrobów medycznych dla Bloku Operacyjnego wraz z dzierżawą urządzeń szczegółowo określonych w Załączniku nr 1 i 2 do niniejszej SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z następujących części: - Pakiet nr 1: bipolarne narzędzia elektrochirurgiczne kompatybilne z platformą Voyant CPV 33161000-6, - Pakiet nr 2: system dostępu laparoskopowego z akcesoriami CPV 33169000-2 - Pakiet nr 3: jednorazowe bipolarne narzędzie elektrochirurgiczne do zamykania naczyń CPV 33169000-2 - Pakiet nr 4: narzędzia elektrochirurgiczne kompatybilne z generatorem GEN11 CPV 33161000-6 - Pakiet nr 5: jednorazowe bipolarne narzędzie elektrochirurgiczne do zamykania naczyń CPV 33169000-2, - Pakiet nr 6: pętla endoskopowa CPV 33169000-2, - Pakiet nr 7: hemostatyki wchłanialne CPV 33141127-6. 3. Miejscem dostawy, wniesienia i rozładowania towaru jest Apteka Szpitalna ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO w Szczecinie, przy ul. Strzałowskiej 22 w budynku Centrum Diagnostyki i Terapii Nowotworów (dojazd od ulicy Rolnej). 5. Miejscem dzierżawy określonych urządzeń wraz z ich wcześniejszym montażem i uruchomieniem, jest Blok Operacyjny na Oddziale Chirurgii Onkologicznej ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO w Szczecinie, przy ul. Strzałowskiej 22 (dotyczy pakietu nr 1 i pakietu nr 3) bipolarne narzędzia elektrochirurgiczne kompatybilne z platformą Voyant; system dostępu laparoskopowego z akcesoriami CPV 33169000-2; jednorazowe bipolarne narzędzie elektrochirurgiczne do zamykania naczyń; narzędzia elektrochirurgiczne kompatybilne z generatorem GEN11; pętla endoskopowa; hemostatyki wchłanialne
