Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup i sukcesywna dostawa implantowanych urządzeń do elektroterapii serca dla potrzeb Pracowni Urządzeń Wszczepianych Serca Świętokrzyskiego Centrum Kardiologii Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Kielcach.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz ilości określono Załączniku nr 2 oraz Załącznikach 2.1 i 2.2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (wymagane parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne) dla pakietu nr 1 i 2, Załącznik nr 2a Zestawienie użyczonego sprzętu dla pakietu nr 1 i 2. Informacje w zakresie zasad realizacji dostawy, gwarancji oraz wynagrodzenia zawiera Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ - projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, Załącznik nr 3a do SWZ - projektowane postanowienia umowy użyczenia. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo odpowiedniej modyfikacji projektowanych postanowień umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego - Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ, w przypadku gdy jednemu wykonawcy udzielone zostanie zamówienie publiczne na więcej niż jedno zadanie niniejszego postępowania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz ilości określono Załączniku nr 2 oraz Załączniku 2.1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (wymagane parametry techniczno-funkcjonalne) dla pakietu nr 1, Załącznik nr 2a Zestawienie użyczonego sprzętu dla pakietu nr 1.
