Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup 2 kpl. stacji opisowej dla TK dla potrzeb Szpitala Miejskiego w Siemianowicach Śląskich Sp. z o. o. w ramach projektu pn.: „Modernizacja i rozwój bazy onkologicznej w Szpitalu Miejskim w Siemianowicach Śląskich Sp. z o. o.,” zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do specyfikacji - Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Warunki gwarancji jakości i serwisu stanowią załącznik nr 1.1 do specyfikacji. Zamawiający jest w posiadaniu tomografu komputerowego Philips CT500. Stacja opisowa winna być kompatybilna do posiadanego tomografu. Zadanie będzie współfinansowane w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności - komponentu D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia”, inwestycji D1.1.1 Rozwój i modernizacja infrastruktury centrów opieki wysokospecjalistycznej i innych podmiotów leczniczych. zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ
