Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1.1 Dostawa, montaż oraz uruchomienie tomografu komputerowego o parametrach zgodnych z załącznikiem nr 2 do SWZ wraz z adaptacją pomieszczenia w Szpitalu Specjalistycznym im. F. Ceynowy ul. Jagalskiego 10, 84-200 Wejherowo. 1.2 Dostosowanie pomieszczeń, wykonanie projektu, dostawa i instalacja ochrony radiologicznej, wykonanie i opracowanie testów akceptacyjnych, uruchomienie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu w stanie gotowym do użytkowania aparatu, zwanego również wyposażeniem.
