Description

1.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja oraz uruchomienie fabrycznie nowego systemu do celowanej biopsji prostaty wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem oraz oprogramowaniem. Zamówienie nie zostało podzielone na części. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. 1.2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym wymagania techniczne, funkcjonalne, jakościowe oraz ilościowe, został określony w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (formularz asortymentowo-cenowy). Oferowany system i jego elementy muszą: - być fabrycznie nowe, nieużywane, wolne od wad fizycznych i prawnych, - spełniać wymagania określone w obowiązujących przepisach prawa, w tym dla wyrobów medycznych - być dopuszczone do obrotu i użytkowania na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, - spełniać wymagania w zakresie bezpieczeństwa pacjenta oraz użytkownika. 1.3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia postępowania na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych w przypadku nieprzyznania środków publicznych, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia.
