Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów eksploatacyjnych do urządzeń drukujących oraz filamentów do druku przyrostowego wg. ilości i asortymentu podanego w załącznikach nr 2.1. i 2.2. do SWZ Zestawienie cenowe przedmiotu zamówienia (PODSTAWOWE I OPCJONALNE). 2. Zamówienie podzielone jest na 2 części (zadania): 2.1. Zadanie 1 - Dostawa materiałów eksploatacyjnych do urządzeń drukujących; 2.2. Zadanie 2 - Dostawa filamentów do druku przyrostowego. 3. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące warunków zamówienia zawierają załączniki: 3.1. Załącznik nr 2.1. - Zestawienie cenowe dla Zadania 1; 3.2. Załącznik nr 2.2. - Zestawienie cenowe dla Zadania 2; 3.3. Załącznik nr 3 - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia dla Zadania 1; 3.4. Załącznik nr 5.1. - Projekt umowy dla Zadania 1; 3.5. Załącznik nr 5.2. - Projekt umowy dla Zadania 2. 1.
