Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: - zamówienie podstawowe: - dostawa 32 szt. elektrycznych zespołów trakcyjnych (EZT) w terminie do 30.11.2029 r., -usługa serwisowa 16 EZT dla WŚL w okresie do 12.12.2037 r., -usługa serwisowa 16 EZT dla GZM w okresie do 10.12.2044 r., - opcja: -dostawa 20 EZT w terminie do 31.12.2034 r., - usługa serwisowa 10 EZT dla WŚL w okresie do 12.12.2037 r., - usługa serwisowa 26 EZT dla WŚL w okresie od 13.12.2037 r. do 09.12.2045 r., - usługa serwisowa 10 EZT dla GZM w okresie do 10.12.2044 r., - usługa serwisowa 26 EZT dla GZM w okresie od 11.12.2044 r. do 13.12.2059 r. Szczegółowo opis zamówienia zawarto w: 1) w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia wraz z załącznikami stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, 2) w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy, stanowiących załączniki nr 2 oraz 2A do SWZ. Zamawiający nie dokonał podziału zamówienia na części. Uzasadnienie powodu znajduje się w Rozdziale 2 SWZ dostępnej pod linkiem: https://gzm.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/GZM/demand/262199/notice/public/details Zamawiający - Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolia przeprowadza niniejsze postępowanie w imieniu własnym oraz w imieniu i na rzecz Województwa Śląskiego, działając na podstawie porozumienia zawartego w oparciu o art. 38 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t. jedn. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.), zwanej dalej również „ustawą Pzp”, o wspólnym przygotowaniu i przeprowadzeniu postępowania. Zamawiający zawrą dwie odrębne umowy.
