Description

1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest określenie ramowych warunków udzielenia i realizacji Zamówień Wykonawczych w okresie obowiązywania Umowy Ramowej. 2. Zamawiający w ramach Umów Wykonawczych będzie dokonywał zakupów zestawów do nauczania zdalnego w liczbie 100 000 szt., zgodnie ze Szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej SOPZ), zawartym w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający przewiduje przeprowadzenie 17 postępowań Wykonawczych, zgodnie obszarem dostaw, który został podzielony na 17 jednostek terytorialnych wg. klasyfikacji NUTS 2021 (NUTS 2). Zamawiającym jest: Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji ul. Królewska 27 00-060 Warszawa NIP: 5252955037 REGON: 525189465 e-mail: kancelaria@cyfra.gov.pl w imieniu i na rzecz którego działa: NASK PIB, który uprawniony jest do zawierania umów wykonawczych (jednostkowych) objętych umową ramową. Przedmiotem postępowania jest określenie ramowych warunków udzielenia i realizacji zamówień wykonawczych w okresie obowiązywania Umowy Ramowej. Zamawiający w ramach Umów Wykonawczych będzie dokonywał zakupów zestawów do nauczania zdalnego w ilości 100 000 szt., zgodnie ze Szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej SOPZ), zawartym w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
