Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy prowadników, zastawek biologicznych aortalnych, stabilizatorów serca oraz pierścieni do plastyki serca dla potrzeb Kliniki Kardiochirurgii. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz ilości określono w formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ , Pakiety od 1 do 7. Informacje w zakresie zasad realizacji dostawy, gwarancji oraz wynagrodzenia zawieraj załącznik:  Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego dla Pakietów nr 1,6.  Załącznik nr 3a do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego na zasadach depozytu dla Pakietów nr 2,3,4,5,7. Przez wyroby medyczne stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia należy rozumieć wyroby medyczne w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (tekst jednolity: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1620).
