Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: rozbudowa eksploatowanego obecnie Szpitalnego Systemu Informatycznego (SSI) o nowe moduły i funkcjonalności oraz integracja z obecnie użytkowanymi przez Zamawiającego systemami. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje następujące dostawy oraz usługi: 1) dostawa sprzętu w tym: serwerów, macierzy dyskowych oraz przełączniki i firewalle wraz z instalacją i konfiguracją środowiska bazodanowego i aplikacyjnego; 2) dostawa licencji na Oprogramowanie Aplikacyjne; 3) dostawa rozwiązania do Digitalizacji dokumentacji medycznej; 4) integracja z Platformą Usług Inteligentnych; 5) opracowanie Dokumentacji Projektowej; 6) wdrożenie dostarczanych rozwiązań; 7) integracja dostarczanych rozwiązań z obecnie użytkowanymi przez Zamawiającego systemami zgodnie z OPZ; 8) przeszkolenie personelu Zamawiającego; 9) świadczenie gwarancyjnych usług serwisowych dla dostarczanych rozwiązań. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia). 4. Szczegółowe uwarunkowania realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa OPZ - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ oraz projekt umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia w sposób nienaruszający zasady „do no significant harm” (DNSH) zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem (UE) 2020/852 (Taksonomia UE).
