Ludwika Rydygiera w Suwałkach" dofinansowanego w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy w ilości i asortymencie określonym w załącznikach nr 5 i 9 do SWZ Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w załączniku nr 5 i 9 do SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Dostawa urządzenia (mieszalnika) do przygotowywania leków cytotoksycznych 1szt. Dostawa zgrzewarki do odpadów cytotoksycznych 1szt. Dostawa licznika cząstek stałych 1szt.; Dostawa systemu do przygotowywania leków cytotoksycznych 1szt. Dostawa specjalistycznych wag do wspomagania obsługi grawimetrycznej 2szt.
