1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa symulatorów szkoleniowych na potrzeby Centrum Symulacji Medycznej Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 3 odrębne części, z których każda podlega osobnej ocenie i obejmuje następujące pozycje: Część 1: Dostawa symulatora ciąży z możliwością osłuchiwania serca płodu - 1 szt. Część 2: Dostawa symulatora duszności oddechowej oraz przewlekłej obturacyjnej choroby płuc POChP - 1 szt. Część 3: Dostawa kombinezonu do symulowania otyłości - unisex - 1 szt. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Arkuszu informacji technicznej (załącznik nr 2 część 1 - 3 do SWZ). Zamawiający wymaga, by oferowane produkty spełniały wymogi zawarte w Arkuszu informacji technicznej. Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji umowy określa Wzór umowy (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). Część 2: Dostawa symulatora duszności oddechowej oraz przewlekłej obturacyjnej choroby płuc POChP - 1 szt. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Arkuszu informacji technicznej (załącznik nr 2 część 2 do SWZ). Zamawiający wymaga, by oferowane produkty spełniały wymogi zawarte w Arkuszu informacji technicznej.
