Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa symulatorów i trenażerów na potrzeby Centrum Symulacji Medycznej Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 5 (pięć) części, osobno ocenianych: Część 1 - Pełnopostaciowe symulatory dorosłych i dzieci, Część 2 - Symulator USG wysokiej wierności, Część 3 - Fantomy ewakuacyjne osoby dorosłej, Część 4 - Fantomy do drenażu i odbarczania, Część 5 - Symulatory monitora, defibrylatora, respiratora. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Arkuszu informacji technicznej (załącznik nr 2 części 1 - 5 do SWZ). Zamawiający wymaga, by oferowane produkty spełniały wymogi zawarte w Arkuszu informacji technicznej. Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji umowy określa Wzór umowy (załącznik nr 3 do SWZ). Przedmiotem zamówienia części 1 jest Dostawa Pełnopostaciowych symulatorów dorosłych i dzieci na potrzeby Centrum Symulacji Medycznej Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu.; Przedmiotem zamówienia części 2 jest Dostawa Symulatora USG wysokiej wierności na potrzeby Centrum Symulacji Medycznej Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu.; Przedmiotem zamówienia części 3 jest Dostawa Fantomów ewakuacyjnych osoby dorosłej na potrzeby Centrum Symulacji Medycznej Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Piastów Śląskich we Wrocławiu.; Przedmiotem zamówienia części 4 jest Dostawa Fantomów do drenażu i odbarczania na potrzeby Centrum Symulacji Medycznej Uniwersytetu Medycznego im.
