1. Przedmiot zamówienia. 1.1 W ramach realizacji niniejszego zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązuje się sprzedać i dostarczyć Zamawiającemu za wynagrodzeniem (dostawa) materiały hutnicze - rury stalowe dopuszczone do obrotu na rynku wewnątrzwspólnotowym (CE). 1.2. Szczegółowy rodzaj, parametry oraz ilości poszczególnych elementów przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji, który dostępny jest pod adresem: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl 2. Warunki dostawy. 2.1 Materiały hutnicze - rury stalowe będą dostarczane przez Wykonawcę na zlecenia Zamawiającego, sukcesywnie, partiami, w ciągu okresu trwania umowy w maksymalnie 30 partiach. 2.2 Ilość i rodzaj materiałów hutniczych - rur stalowych, jakie będą dostarczone w jednej partii, zależy od potrzeb Zamawiającego i będą określone w pisemnym zleceniu. 2.3 Zlecenia dostarczenia materiałów hutniczych - rur stalowych składane będą i przekazywane Wykonawcy pocztą elektroniczną. 2.4 Wykonawca zobowiązuje się dostarczać materiały hutnicze - rury stalowe wymienione w załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji w terminie 7 dni od daty przekazania zlecenia Wykonawcy. 2.5 O przygotowaniu zleconego dostarczenia materiałów hutniczych - rur stalowych Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany powiadomić Zamawiającego telefonicznie lub pocztą elektroniczną, nie później niż na 1 dzień przed wymaganym terminem dostarczenia. 2.6 Miejsce dostawy - magazyn Kopalni Soli „Wieliczka” S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. 2.7 Godziny dostawy do Kopalni Soli „Wieliczka” ustala się w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku w godz. 7.00 - 13.00. 2.8 Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostarczania materiałów hutniczych - rur stalowych na swój koszt i we własnym zakresie. 2.9 Z dostawą materiałów hutniczych - rur stalowych Wykonawca powinien dostarczyć: a) certyfikaty dopuszczenia CE, b) dowód wydania wyrobu na zewnątrz WZ lub fakturę VAT. Szczegółowe informacje dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte zostały w załączniku nr 1 do specyfikacji pn. „Szczegółowy rodzaj, parametry oraz ilości poszczególnych elementów przedmiotu zamówienia /umowy”, natomiast zasady jego realizacji we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 10 do specyfikacji, które dostępne są pod adresem: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl
