1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa produktów leczniczych. Szczegółowy opis znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do niniejszej SWZ. 2. Miejscem dostawy, wniesienia i rozładowania towaru jest Apteka Szpitalna ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO w Szczecinie, przy ul. Strzałowskiej 22 w budynku Centrum Diagnostyki i Terapii Nowotworów (dojazd od ulicy Rolnej). 3. Przedmiot i warunki realizacji niniejszego zamówienia winny być zgodne z Ustawą z dnia 06 września 2001 r. Prawo farmaceutyczne (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 750 ze zm.) oraz z innymi obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi w tym zakresie. Dostawa produktów leczniczych.
