1. Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie art. 132 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019r. - Prawo zamówień publicznych zwanej dalej „ustawą” lub „ustawą Pzp” 2. Zgodnie z art. 139 ust. 1 Ustawy Zamawiający może najpierw dokonać badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokonać kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona. 3. Wartość postępowania jest większa niż kwota określona w art. 3 ust. 1 ustawy.
