1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup wraz z dostawą na zlecenie Zamawiającego produktów leczniczych zgodnych z ustawą z dnia 6 września 2001 r. Prawo farmaceutyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 2301 z póź. zm.) uwzględniające minimalne wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do elementów (w tym głównych elementów) składających się na przedmiot zamówienia zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 9 listopada 2015 r. w sprawie wymagań Dobrej Praktyki Wytwarzania (t.j. Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1273), szczegółowo opisanych w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy oraz w załączniku nr 6 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowne. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 3 części dalej zwane: „Pakietami” szczegółowo opisanych w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy. Zamawiający nie ogranicza liczby części, w zakresie których wykonawca może złożyć ofertę, ani nie wskazuje maksymalnej liczby części, na które zamówienie może zostać udzielone temu samemu wykonawcy. - Pakiet nr 1 - leki do stosowani zewnętrego oraz leki w postaci inhalacji/leki internistyczne; - Pakiet nr 2 - leki stosowane przede wszyskim w oit; - Pakiet nr 3 - leki stosowane przede wszystkim w anestezjologiii; -Główna klasyfikacja (cpv): Produkty farmaceutyczne (33600000-6). - Pakiet nr 1 - leki do stosowani zewnętrego oraz leki w postaci inhalacji/leki internistyczne;; - Pakiet nr 2 - leki stosowane przede wszyskim w oit;; - Pakiet nr 3 - leki stosowane przede wszystkim w anestezjologiii;
