1. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi dostawa naczyń jednorazowych, ekologicznych. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia nie został podzielony na części. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. 3. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera OPZ, stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza rozwiązań równoważnych. 5. Wykonawca zapewnia, iż oferowany asortyment posiada aktualne pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu na rynku polskim (certyfikaty, atesty). 6. Okres ważności przedmiotu zamówienia (przydatności do użycia) musi wynosić minimum 12 miesięcy licząc od daty dostawy do siedziby Zamawiającego.
