PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR THE ENGLISH VERSION Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i integracja automatycznej komory magazynowej przeznaczonej do współpracy ze Spektrometrem Mas Jonów Wtórnych (SIMS). Komora ma zapewnić w pełni zautomatyzowany proces załadunku i sekwencyjnej obsługi próbek, umożliwiając analizę dużych serii podłoży GaN, w tym podłoży domieszkowanych i implantowanych, przy minimalnej interwencji operatora. Urządzenie musi umożliwiać przechowywanie oraz automatyczne podawanie wielu próbek w sposób gwarantujący powtarzalność warunków pomiarowych oraz stabilność procedur analitycznych. System powinien zapewniać pracę w trybie łańcuchowym (chain mode), umożliwiając ciągłą realizację pomiarów i efektywne wykorzystanie czasu pracy spektrometru. Komora musi również być w pełni kompatybilna ze sterowaniem spektrometru SIMS, umożliwiać zdalne zarządzanie kolejnością próbek oraz wspierać prowadzenie długotrwałych, automatycznych eksperymentów wymagających obsługi dużej liczby próbek. ENGLISH VERSION The contract involves the delivery and integration of an automated storage chamber designed to work with the Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (SIMS). The chamber will provide a fully automated sample loading and sequential handling process, enabling the analysis of large batches of GaN substrates, including doped and implanted substrates, with minimal operator intervention. The device must enable the storage and automatic feeding of multiple samples to ensure repeatable measurement conditions and stable analytical procedures. The system must operate in chain mode, enabling continuous measurement and efficient use of the spectrometer's operating time. The chamber must also be fully compatible with the SIMS spectrometer control system, enable remote sample management, and support long-term, automated experiments requiring the handling of large numbers of samples.
