Wincentego a’Paulo, 81-348 Gdynia, ul. Wójta Radtkego 1 - Szpital Morski im. PCK, 81-519 Gdynia, ul. Powstania Styczniowego 1 - Szpital Specjalistyczny im. F. Ceynowy, 84-200 Wejherowo, ul. dr. A.
