Description

1. Przedmiot zamówienia: 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i instalacja w infrastrukturze Zamawiającego jednego (1) serwera do budowy środowiska AI/ML wraz z serwisem gwarancyjnym Producenta na okres 60 miesięcy. 2) Dostarczone urządzenie oraz jego komponenty składowe muszą być fabrycznie nowe i nieużywane, wyprodukowane nie wcześniej niż 8 miesięcy przed datą dostarczenia oraz wolne od wad fizycznych i prawnych. Oferowane komponenty muszą być kompatybilne i znajdować się na liście kompatybilności producenta serwera. Serwer nie może znajdować się na listach „end-od-sale”, „end-od-support” Producenta co najmniej na dzień złożenia oferty. 3) Oferowane urządzenie musi posiadać fabryczne, trwałe naniesienie przez producenta znaku CE. Musi pochodzić z legalnego źródła oraz być dostarczone przez autoryzowany kanał sprzedaży producenta na terenie Unii Europejskiej, a korzystanie przez Zamawiającego z dostarczonego produktu nie może stanowić naruszenia majątkowych praw autorskich osób trzecich. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają: 1) opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, 2) projektowane postanowienia umowy - Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
