Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu informatycznego i rozbudowa systemów informatycznych dla Warszawskiego Szpital Południowego sp. z o.o. w ramach Projektu KPO D1.1.2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje Rozbudowę środowiska serwerowo-macierzowego i sieciowego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają odpowiednio dla danej części zamówienia Załączniki nr 8 - „Parametry techniczne przedmiotu zamówienia”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności sprzedaż, dostawę oraz wniesienie sprzętu medycznego do pomieszczeń wskazanych przez Zamawiającego w Warszawskim Szpitalu Południowym, rozmieszczenie i montaż dostarczonych urządzeń w miejscach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, uruchomienie sprzętu oraz wykonanie przed odbiorem technicznym (dokonywanym przez osoby uprawnione) rozruchu, prób funkcjonalnych oraz testów sprawności urządzeń. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zapewnić wykonanie rozruchu urządzenia przez autoryzowany serwis producenta, jeżeli jest to warunkiem koniecznym dla zachowania gwarancji. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje również dostarczenie kompletnej dokumentacji technicznej, instrukcji obsługi w języku polskim (w formie papierowej i/lub elektronicznej) oraz dokumentów gwarancyjnych, a także przeprowadzenie instruktażu stanowiskowego dla personelu wskazanego przez Zamawiającego w zakresie obsługi i eksploatacji urządzenia oraz zapewnienie świadczenia serwisu gwarancyjnego zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego.
