1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja systemu PACS uzupełnionego o funkcje VNA - system do obrazowania VNA/PACS wraz ze sprzętem i licencjami oraz ich integracji z systemami funkcjonującymi w jednostce (HIS) i Platformą Usług Inteligentnych (PUI) Centrum e-Zdrowia. 2. Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy- Część II SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera zestawienie parametrów technicznych, warunków gwarancji - Część III SWZ. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest m. in. dostarczyć, zainstalować, wdrożyć, skonfigurować i uruchomić przedmiot zamówienia oraz przeprowadzić szkolenie pracowników Zamawiającego. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców.
