Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż wraz z dostarczeniem i wdrożeniem serwerów przeznaczonych do obsługi systemu kopii zapasowej Veeam Backup and Replication użytkowanego przez Politechnikę Morską w Szczecinie. 2) Dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1a do SWZ. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp. 3) Nomenklatura wg CPV: 48820000-2 Serwery 4) Podane przez Zamawiającego ewentualne nazwy (znaki towarowe), mają charakter przykładowy, a ich wskazanie ma na celu określenie oczekiwanego standardu, przy czym Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych w zakresie sporządzonego opisu przedmiotu zamówienia. 5) Przedmiot zamówienia określono poprzez wskazanie obiektywnych cech technicznych i jakościowych oraz standardów, dla których określenia dopuszcza się wskazanie przykładowych znaków towarowych. 6) W przypadku, gdy Zamawiający odnosi się w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 ustawy Pzp, dopuszcza się rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym. 7) Zamawiający wymaga, aby przedmiot umowy był fabrycznie nowy, wolny od wad technicznych i prawnych, dobrej jakości, dopuszczony do obrotu, zapakowany w oryginalne opakowanie dla danego produktu, zaopatrzone w etykiety identyfikujące dany produkt, określający jego parametry techniczne, jakościowe, funkcjonalne oraz użytkowe. Na przedmiocie umowy, jak również na opakowaniu musi znajdować się znak firmowy i określenie pochodzenia (producenta). 8) Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych.
